the room was clean and included two separate sinks (perfect for us!). ahmed ensured our room was always stocked with fresh towels and bottled water. the hotel is a gem for families, with an amazing aquatic park and a dedicated kids zone, a real treat for little ones.
the wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the resort.

the family room offered ample space and comfort for our entire family. it included a king-sized bed and a separate sleeping area for the children (they loved it!). the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool at all times.

the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and attentiveness throughout our stay. ahmed from the reception was particularly helpful, assisting with all our requests promptly. the waiters in the main dining area were always available and courteous.

the hotel benefits from a convenient location with easy access to various attractions. the beautiful beach is just a short stroll away (we enjoyed the sunsets!). transportation to and from the airport was seamless and well-organized.

separate sleeping areaswave poollimited operation
the room had separate sleeping areas for adults and children, allowing people to stay up without disturbing others.
I found obtaining a tube for the slides tricky. It seemed a limited number were open. the wave pool operated only for ten minutes each day, disappointing. i ended up using the heated pool at another resort after taking a shuttle to the beach.

I got to say, the staff are super friendly! Bebo at reception was so helpful. He give me a nice room and was always there to assist! The restaurant staff also are respectful and cute, with Mr Ahmed Fathi and Mr Salah really standing out. They provides everything I need! The Aqua Park is great too!
I did notice the rooms are a bit tired and outdated. Some staff members come across as rude. The chef shouted at my son in the Indian restaurant. Mosquitos eated me alive despite all the efforts to stop them!
